Back to Back returns with Caribbean flavours at the table — jerk chicken, plantain, rice and peas — plates by Kai Semple of YAM, rum punch and cocktails by our very own Marco Grisafio of PÆRE, and music by BUJA setting the tone for a brunch that moves to its own rhythm.
Included in the ticket price is Jamaican jerk chicken, tamarind sauce with rice and peas. Plant-based option available, as well additional sides can be bought as add-ons.
