September Cocktail - After Rain

Inspired by the quiet beauty of a forest just after rainfall, After Rain captures the transition from summer into the cooler, earthier days of autumn. Porcini-infused Cognac brings the depth of the forest floor, complemented by nutty Amontillado, roasted hojicha, chestnut syrup, and a touch of saline. A delicate hint of hinoki evokes the scent of rain-soaked Japanese wood, bringing a distinctly Japanese expression of nature to the glass.

Finished with white chocolate and roasted chestnut, After Rain is an earthy, aromatic interpretation of early autumn, created by Senior Mixologist Sofiia Kossakovska.
