Having honed his craft at renowned bars and restaurants in the UK, Marcy returned to Japan to join KI NO BI’s distillation team and later became head of The House of KI NO BI. Appointed Global Brand Ambassador in 2023, he brings together Japanese tradition and modern mixology, showcasing KI NO BI through a curated selection of cocktails against the panoramic backdrop of Tokyo’s skyline.
