Guest Bar Shift : Craft Gin Bar Copain

Featuring Cinq, a new gin from Distillerie de Paris, this edition of Bar Shift welcomes Jenya Malahova, owner and bartender of Craft Gin Bar Copain in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. 

Originally from Russia, Jenya was the first female bartender in Japan to become a member of the UK’s Gin Guild. She is also an official judge for the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition and founder of GinYa by Jenya and World Gin Day Japan. Through her visits to distilleries in Japan and abroad, she shares the stories and passion behind craft gin.
