Dr Betty Dilley, founder of Vitality Kauaʻi, is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician who also specializes in Functional Medicine and Aesthetics. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr Betty has seen, firsthand, the importance of a proactive approach to overall wellness. She desires to help her patients look and feel their best! Dr Betty’s favorite treatments are Microneedling with PRF and LED therapy. Outside of Vitality Kauaʻi, she can be found in a Pilates class, on the golf course or preparing healthy meals for her husband of 25 years.
Kelly Barker, NP
Kelly, a seasoned healthcare provider with over 15 years in the field, is our trusted Nurse Practitioner at Vitality Kauaʻi. With a keen interest in medical aesthetics, anti-aging, and health optimization, she crafts individualized care strategies for our guests. When she's not shaping wellness journeys, she's immersed in the natural beauty of Kauaʻi with her family. Kelly is an integral part of the Vitality Kauaʻi family, embodying our ethos of harmonizing luxury hospitality with nature's elegance.
Brian Dilley
Brian Dilley is the Co-founder and Business Manager of Vitality Kauaʻi. He focuses on operations and strategic growth with the goal of curating the best possible experience for Vitality’s patients. Brian is committed to aging gracefully and passionate about not just living longer, but living better. His favorite aesthetic treatment is “Brotox” and loves his sessions in the infrared sauna. Outside the office, Brian enjoys surfing, golfing, and exploring diverse cultures through travel.
