Guided by meditation, intention setting and the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones® alchemy bowls, tuning forks and Koshi chimes, this restorative session invites you to reconnect with balance, intuition and inner calm.
No previous experience is required. Mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided.
