A Supper That Sustains Us with Andrew's Honey

Wednesday 20th September

Jams

Join us at Jams for a dinner dedicated to the exquisite world of honey. Chef Sylvan and his culinary team have partnered with local beekeeper Andrew Coté, from Andrew's Honey, to craft a four-course menu celebrating a variety of locally sourced honeys. "Our aim is to showcase the incredible versatility of this natural ingredient, spanning from sweet to savory dishes," shares Chef Sylvan. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be generously donated to support local bee hives throughout the city.

Andrew Coté, a fourth-generation beekeeper and the proprietor of Andrew's Local Honey, stands as a pioneer in urban beekeeping. His hives dot the greater New York area, from Westchester to the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Andrew's raw honey boasts a unique flavor profile that subtly shifts with the seasons, mirroring the nearby blossoms. It is 100% natural, pure, unadulterated—a true nectar of the Gods. Andrew and his dedicated team of beekeepers are a family committed to delivering quality products.

Prepare for an evening of delectable dinner, delightful drinks, and a DJ-curated ambiance that promises to make the night truly buzzworthy.

Photo by: sunworthhomes, Captions reads: I returned from the cooler climbs of the Northeast recently. The midsummer trip included several days in the concrete jungle of New York City, a place I lived 15 years ago. I still have an affinity for the city and love it's energy and symbol of human progress. In light of all of the concrete and hardscape, the 1hotel.centralpark is an urban oasis filled with signs of nature throughout. You almost feel you've stepped into another world and it provide our family a calm place to wind down after some busy days in the city. 🌳🌲🌴🎍 While they are limited on how much natural light they can bring in, they make the most of it by the bathroom being entirely glass, with a curtain you pull for privacy. Further the brought wood in the rooms in various manners beyond the floors, including the ceilings, and even a small vingette of wood on the bathroom wall. That small example in the bathroom was not a big financial move for them but provides impact to the guest. Seeing the consistency of the nature fractals, timber on ceilings, and greenery throughout shows that directionally we are improving the living spaces with the same concepts global hotel chains are implementing to provide a sanctuary to their guests. They also placed a big emphasis on literature with a nature focus. And as you know I love trees. 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳 Special thanks to 1hotel.centralpark for a relaxing stay in the sea of chaos that is New York, NY. #wellbeing #wellnessrealestate #HealthyLiving #HealthyHome #trees #hotelsandresorts #1hotelcentralpark #Sunworth #OcalaHomesForSale #citruscountyrealestate #flliving sunworthhomes
