Your $225 per person experience includes a table for the night, ½ bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne, and a decadent spread of share plates featuring a seafood platter with N25 caviar and vanilla-poached Australian bay lobster, followed by a curated canapé selection and petite fours to finish.
Setting the tone for the evening, Laurent and Fade To Black, a 5-piece live band featuring vocals, guitar, drums, and bass will perform to kick off the evening before live DJs take over to carry guests into 2026 with feel-good sets and a sparkling midnight moment.
Keep the experience sweet with our liquid nitrogen gelato interactive station, and once the set menu concludes, guests are invited to continue the celebration at the bar as service extends late into the evening. Throughout the night, special moments will surprise and delight, including a roaming caviar trolley, late-night cheeseburger sliders, and a margarita tower to welcome the new year in style.
