A gentle introduction to writing as a daily wellness practice, inspired by Julia Cameron’s transformative method.

In this intimate workshop, guests will explore how “morning pages” can clear mental clutter, unlock creativity, and deepen self-awareness. Through guided prompts, mindful writing exercises, and quiet reflection, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner voice and experience writing as a grounding ritual rather than a performance.

No writing experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to pause.
