Earth Month - Ocean Aged Wines x Portarlington Mussels special
In celebration of Earth Month, we’re spotlighting ingredients that honour local ecosystems and responsible sourcing in From Here By Mike. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a captivating installation of ocean-aged wines – where bottles are cellared beneath the sea, allowing barnacles and marine life to naturally form on their surface. Our sommeliers will be on hand to guide guests through this extraordinary journey from ocean depths to glass. Available to purchase by the glass or bottle.
Alongside this unique wine will be Chef Josh's Portarlington Mussels, harvested from the pristine waters of Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula. Prepared simply with cider butter and garlic shoots to let their natural character shine. A dish that reflects our commitment to thoughtful, seasonal dining.
