Celebrate 1 Hotel Melbourne’s very first New Year’s Eve, Crane Bar & Lounge will be transformed into The Midnight Garden - a lush, late-night celebration where candlelit greenery, shimmering details, and the pulse of celebration set the scene for an unforgettable countdown. Your $225 per person experience includes a table for the night, ½ bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne plus a spread of share plates including a seafood platter with N25 caviar and vanilla-poached Australian bay lobster, canapé selection and petite fours to finish. Keep the night sweet with our liquid nitrogen gelato interactive station, and dance into 2026 as live DJs spin feel-good sets all night long, building to a sparkling midnight moment.

Terrace Dining is now open for bookings, with Indoor Dining to be released in the coming weeks.
