Crane Bar will transform into a vibrant weekend farmers market celebrating the very best of Victoria’s regional produce. Across the festival weekends, six Victorian suppliers — whose ingredients we proudly use in our kitchens every day — will be popping up in the lobby for tastings and direct-to-guest purchases offering guests a true paddock-to-plate experience.
From the iconic marinated goat cheese of Meredith Dairy and small-batch, raw honey harvested from regional apiaries to locally blended spices that bring depth and character to our dishes, each producer represents the quality and craftsmanship of Victoria's food community.
This is a chance to meet the makers, hear their stories, sample their produce, and take a taste of Victoria home — all while experiencing the same premium ingredients featured on our menus every day.
