ANATOMY POLICY
All registered 1 Hotel guests over the age of 18 are welcome to use our gym. Guests 16-17 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the facility. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym.
Use of personal trainers not directly employed by Anatomy is strictly prohibited.
Please train in appropriate athletic attire. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required- bare feet are not permitted on the gym floor.
Recording, recording devices, and selfie sticks are prohibited on the gym floor.

Bojan Pogrmilovic
Bojan began training Karate when he was 8 and attained a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate 2nd Dan and a Black Belt in Kyokushinkai Karate 1st Dan at an early age. Bojan placed 3rd in the Serbian national championships and went on to compete in more than 42 professional fights. He specializes Kick Boxing, Boxing, Kyokushinkai Karate, Shotokan Karate, Conditioning, Strength and Endurance Training.
Lavinia Cristache
Lavinia's personal philosophy is every transformation begins with one decision. It's the decision to take the first step and get started. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Kangoo Jumps Power International Instructor, and Rebound AAS Instructor.
Sandy Gonzalez
Sandy Gonzalez has dedicated her life to athleticism and wellness. A former professional swimmer who represented the Puerto Rican national team, Sandy has transitioned her passion for movement and health into a thriving career. She is a certified holistic nutrition health coach and holds certifications in vinyasa, restorative, and hatha yoga, as well as mat and reformer Pilates. Specializing in functional training, Sandy creates personalized programs that prioritize her clients’ unique needs.
Jennifer Espinoza
Jennifer's passion for fitness and athleticism began very early in her life. Growing up, her time was occupied between being a competitive soccer player in her country of origin, Nicaragua as well as a devoted Jazz dancer participating in local competitions. She has developed her skills and love for movement and wellness by becoming a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Science (NASM) and is currently continuing her education in line to be a certified Nutrition Coach with the intention to offer her clients a full spectrum and guidance in their fitness and overall wellness goals.
Andrew Blake Ames
Andrew has a B.S. and M.A. in Kinesiology from CSU Long Beach. His specialties include: Functional Movement, Sports Conditioning, Corrective Exercises, Barre and Dance Performance, and Mind & Body Holistic Wellness. Andrew’s certifications include: CSCS & CPT (NSCA), Joseph Pilates Program (NPCP), and Dance Education (CiDE). A California native, Andrew is also a performing artist, fortunate enough to travel the world performing in musical theatre shows and music tours. His goal training with you revolves around his personal philosophy to “Feel Good About Yourself.”
Derek Waddy
Derek is a graduate of Townson University and a former collegiate football player who has been a certified yoga instructor since 2010. Practicing yoga has helped Derek both physically and mentally and because of this it has inspired him to share this practice with others. Derek's classes will challenge and encourage you. He looks forward to be part of your fitness experience at the 1 Hotel.
