Born in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Daniele Pisanu grew up surrounded by an abundance of fresh ingredients which ignited his passion for food early on. With a diverse career that has encompassed various roles, Chef Daniele places utmost importance on the significance of each team member in crafting an elevated experience for all guests, which makes him perfectly suited to the role of Executive Chef of Casa Madera.
