Featuring the exclusive debut of the new release Lark Christmas Cask, plus a surprise tasting at the end of the night… This evening celebrates flavour, craft, and Tasmania's purest waters, clean air, and untamed wilderness.

Charismatic, unpretentious, and endlessly captivating—Bill will guide you through the craft, the stories, and the passion behind every bottle.
