In celebration of Pride Month, this special class invites you to move with authenticity, self-expression, and connection, creating space to honour yourself exactly as you are. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll be encouraged to show up as your fullest, most grounded self within a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Guided by Abbie Price, this class focuses on fluid movement, mindful breath, and grounding postures to release tension and restore balance. Abbie is a Yoga, Pranayama, Kriya and Meditation Teacher. Certified in Health, Life and Internal Family Systems Coaching, she adopts a ‘wholistic’ approach to healing; in aligning mind, body and spirit.
Witnessing and welcoming the multiplicity of the mind, Abbie encourages the exploration of emotional entities, or 'parts' of ourselves, with a compassionate curiosity; an unearthing and unburdening, that can ultimately lead to lasting transformation.
An unhurried practice suited to all levels, offering space to move, breathe, and begin the weekend feeling calm, connected, and renewed.
