Adeena Sussman, best-selling cookbook author of Sababa and Shabbat, captures the essence of home-style Israeli cooking with warmth, creativity, and heart. Joining them is Ayesha Nurdjaja, James Beard Award finalist and chef of New York’s celebrated Shuka and Shukette, praised for her inventive, Eastern Mediterranean–inspired dishes that burst with color and character.
