1 Kitchen Toronto serves up fresh, local, and sustainably sourced farm-to-table cuisine. The restaurant is a zero-waste operation, which spotlights the team’s commitment to preserving the beauty and bounty of nature. And then there’s the bar, where cold-pressed juices form the base of cocktails. The wine list highlights unique and iconic selections – many biodynamic or organic – you’ll also find handcrafted cocktails and freshly brewed coffee.
Light-filled and open, 1 Kitchen Toronto has a built-in feeling updated for today, in a glass-walled conservatory-like space with a vaulted wood ceiling and curved trusses hung with greenery. It’s a place that’s comfortable by nature, where you can eat mindfully and eat well, and savour the flavours that come straight from the Garden Pavilion.

Flora Lounge
Rooted in nature, the Flora Lounge curates an experience for the senses. Experience the beauty that surrounds you through natural elements that make up each hand-crafted and carefully selected piece. Experience the subtle and perfect beauty of nature through every sip, every laugh and every bite.
Flora shines with its sustainably focused dishes that feature ingredients from local farmers and the hotel's very own Garden Pavilion. These seasonal dishes will continue to keep the palate charmed with fresh, bold flavours. Our wine and champagne list are curated with organic, sustainable and biodynamic producers in mind.
Kindly note, outside food and beverage is not permitted in Flora Lounge.
Laptop and Remote Working Policy: while we appreciate that Flora Lounge is an inviting space to work, as of 5pm we kindly ask that laptops are unplugged so that all our guests can unwind.

Casa Madera's diverse menu is one that speaks to Noble 33's core tenants – serving inventive, bold flavours built on sustainable, organic fare, using only the freshest ingredients coupled with a diverse array of vegan and gluten-free options.
Enjoy chef-driven selections that celebrate the culinary traditions of Mexico and the Mediterranean while DJs play alongside talented performance artists. Casa Madera’s cocktail program also includes an extensive non-alcoholic and low-proof selection.

Restaurante Harriet's Rooftop
Take in the most expansive views of vibrant Toronto from Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel Toronto.
Harriet's luxurious rooftop space has been decorated with reclaimed and sustainable materials throughout, creating a vibe that’s both lively and cozy.
On the rooftop, guests can choose from light bites made from seasonal ingredients, as well as wellness cocktails prepared with fresh juices. And for those looking to kick it up a notch, the lounge also offers craft cocktails and bottle service.
Please note, our kitchen closes at 10pm Sundays and Wednesdays and at 11pm Thursday-Saturday. Cocktails, lounge and bottle service are available until close. Harriet's is a 19+ venue.
