Step into the energy of the new moon with an intentional journaling and reflection session designed to bring clarity, balance, and direction.

Centered around the Wheel of Life, this guided experience offers a visual and intuitive way to explore the different areas of your life—helping you identify where you feel aligned, and where you may be seeking more balance. Through a combination of reflective journaling and scripting, you’ll be invited to not only assess where you are, but gently shape where you’re going.

The session is layered with grounding practices, including breathwork and simple embodiment exercises, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and anchor your intentions. With a subtle focus on manifestation, this is an opportunity to align your energy with the month ahead and move forward with clarity and purpose.
