To mark our first year, we’re running a limited Truffle Feed Me Menu, a decadent, multi-course experience built around the unmistakable aroma of fresh truffle.
Throughout the menu, truffle appears in unexpected and indulgent ways — shaved generously over rich, comforting dishes, paired with delicate seafood, folded through warm, buttery flavours and woven into sweet finishes. Each course builds on the last, creating a dining experience that celebrates both the ingredient and the moment.
To toast the occasion, we’ve created a Truffle Martini, a vodka-led truffle-infused cocktail designed to echo the earthy, luxurious character of truffle with vermouth and smoked brine.
