Exclusively for our Mission Members, experience a private mindful mixology masterclass led by our experienced bar team at Neighbours! One of our mixologists will guide you and your group through the process of crafting one of our sustainable sips featured on the Dover Yard's cocktail menu. This class is all about slowing down, savouring each ingredient, and using it to its full potential—and ethos used throughout our 1 Hotels beverage program.
