To welcome the cool change, we partner with Six-Eyed Scorpion Chilli Oil to present a Southeast Asian-inspired dining experience that celebrates heat in all its forms—fragrant, slow-building, and deeply comforting.
Expect layered dishes that balance freshness with richness, native ingredients with regional tradition, and a signature thread of chilli oil woven throughout. Set within a warm, textural space, this is winter dining reimagined—vibrant, social, and full of flavour.
