Gathering Safely

We've missed you and can’t wait to welcome your next meeting or event to one of our sustainable sanctuaries. To do so safely and cautiously, we’ve made some noticeable and necessary changes to our operations. We consulted with leading health experts and our new director of environmental health and safety to construct a plan in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines that takes into account the complete experience for your gathering.

Your Arrival
• All hotel guests will be welcomed with a wellness kit for their personal use.
• Luggage and packages will be sanitized using UV technology upon arrival.
• Guests will arrive to a sanitized and sealed guestroom. Guestrooms will be sanitized using both hospital grade agents and activated oxygen sanitizing agents and will remain unoccupied for a minimum of 24 hours in between guests.

Our Team
• We're only as strong as our teams. Our team members will be equipped with their own hand sanitizer and personal protective equipment which will be worn at all times, will maintain a six-foot (two-meter) distance, and will employ operating procedures to ensure your comfort and safety at all times.
• Each team member will be trained on handling guest-facing materials and will undergo further health and safety courses prior to reopening our doors.
• Our Food & Beverage Team will also undergo health and safety training to ensure food is delivered and handled with new CDC guidelines.

Spaces & Catering
• Nature inspires all of our spaces, but we'll seek to use outdoor or indoor/outdoor spaces whenever possible.
• Updated spacious floor plans allow you to eat and meet at a safe distance from any other patrons. Set-ups will allow for six feet of space between chairs, and spaces will have six-foot distance markers for attendees to maintain safe distance between each other.
• Larger walkways with dedicated travel lanes will keep attendees from bumping into each other or crowding in certain areas.
• Plexiglass shields and table sanitizer can be provided for various setups.
• Our Housekeeping teams will be equipped with CDC-approved cleaning products to disinfect all surfaces in your event space. Professional disinfectant electrostatic sprayers will continuously disinfect the air and neutralize germs.
• Our serving team members will wear masks and gloves at all times, and our kitchen staff will practice rigorous cleaning processes.
• In addition, our management team has undergone ServSafe® certification, ensuring enhanced safety training and educational materials.
• As a precautionary measure, we will be eliminating all family style and buffet dining experiences. New curated menus have been specifically designed for safe catering. F&B can be provided in a no-contact way, with grab and go pre-made alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and other items sanitized for the utmost safety. 
• Attendees will undergo temperature screening before entering the event. Anyone with an elevated temperature or fever will not be allowed to enter. 
• Masks will be required for attendees and provided for any attendee who wants one.
• Glove and hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. We'll provide enough nitrile disposable gloves for each attendee to wear three times per day, and touchless hand sanitizer stations will be plentiful throughout the space.
