The Crescent Reset is inspired by the crescent phase of the lunar cycle — a moment of renewal after stillness. This experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stress, and gently re-energize your body and mind.

Expect guided breathwork, sauna heat, moments of rest, and space to reconnect with yourself. No prior experience needed.
