Meet our Culinary Director, Chris Crary. Chris focuses on creating menus that are collaborative and creative, reflecting a sustainably-driven cuisine that holds ingredients to the highest standard to create simple, healthy dishes that celebrate Nashville’s flavor and heritage.
The team is worth raving about! We’ve heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests regarding their stay, their experiences, and the hotel! We are appreciative of everything Sydney did for us; her professionalism, adaptability, and personable disposition made her a rock star to work with and we owe a lot of our success to her! She is one of the best we have ever worked with and made every step of the planning process, and execution a breeze – which showed in the end product event. “Thank you” doesn’t begin to describe it!
