烹饪总监 Chris Crary
克里斯·克雷里在俄亥俄州小城巴塞勒斯出生长大Nashville餐饮总监,曾参加美国美食频道《 Top 》节目。他自幼便对美食产生浓厚兴趣,这源于与田纳西州祖母相处的时光——这位祖母对南方家常菜和烹饪有着深厚情结。 在担任Nashville 1 Hotel Nashville 1 Hotel 餐饮总监期间,克雷里将这份热忱融入工作,全面掌管酒店all 餐饮概念1 Kitchen、Harriet’s Rooftop 、Neighbors 以及酒店活动空间Crossvine。 他专注于打造兼具协作精神与创意的菜单,秉持可持续理念,严选顶级食材,以简约健康的烹饪方式呈现Nashville味精髓与传统底蕴。

Growing up in Sandpoint, Idaho, James Beard-nominated chef Jake Howell dreamed of becoming an artist but needed a job to subsidize his painting. Howell moved to Seattle and jumped around kitchens, including Pike Place Market’s famous City Fish. After a few years, Howell had an urge to settle down in a the smaller, calmer city of Nashville. Peninsula opened in East Nashville in 2017 with a menu loosely inspired by the flavors and techniques of the Iberian Peninsula, designed to complement its extensive Spanish wine and sherry list. Join Chef Jake as he teams up with Culinary Director Chris Crary for a one night only exclusive dining experience at 1 Kitchen!
