The Barrel Room Experience is more than a tasting — it’s a curated exploration of bourbon history, distilling artistry, and exceptional flavor profiles. You’ll discover some of the finest bourbons in the world, featuring selections from celebrated distillery Buffalo Trace, each chosen for their unique heritage and distinctive character. Examples include: Van Winkle 10 year, Pappy Van Winkle 20 year, Weller 12 Year, Stagg, George T Stagg, Sazerac 18, Eagle Rare 17 year.

This elevated experience, priced at $650 per person, includes:

• A handcrafted Old Fashioned featuring our rare Blanton’s Gold single barrel, garnished with house-smoked citrus
• Three guided flights of exceptional bourbons, with insight into mashbills, aging processes, tasting notes, and legacy
• Exclusive pours from bottles seldom, if ever, available to the public
• A unique candle selected to mimic our Old Fashioned
