Immunity Boost Juice Blend

Ingredients
1 cup fresh squeezed Florida orange juice
1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 
1/4 cup organic coconut water
1/4 cup organic lime juice
1/4 oz jalapeño juice
For extra strength and immunity, add 1/4 cup ginger juice 

Preparation
1. Squeeze fresh oranges, grapefruit and limes.
2. Using a juicer or juice extractor, juice the jalapeño and ginger (if desired).
3. Mix all ingredients except for the jalapeño juice and taste.
4. Add the jalapeño juice in small quantities until level of heat desired.
5. Mix all ingredients and enjoy once chilled.

Green Prescription

Ingredients
1/2 cup organic apple
1/2 cup organic cucumber
1/2 cup fresh squeezed Florida orange juice
1/4 cup organic celery juice
1/4 cup organic kale
1 oz organic mint

Preparation
1. Squeeze fresh oranges and set aside.
2. Using a juicer or juice extractor, juice the cucumber, apples and celery.
3. Mix kale and mint together prior to juicing.
4. Mix all ingredients and enjoy once chilled.
