Earth Day Our Way
This year will be a little different, but we plan to continue on in celebration of the Earth because we know there is still so much work to be done.
From the beginning, our mission has always been to honor nature and protect the environment. We honor nature through our design and commitment to protecting it at all costs, and we protect the environment through our practices and the educational moments we share with our visitors.
Since we opened our first sustainable sanctuary in 2015, we’ve invited you, our local communities, and our families into our spaces to learn, experience, and gain new appreciations for nature and the environment. This year will be a little different, but we plan to continue on in celebration of the Earth because we know there is still so much work to be done.
We may not be able to welcome you for workshops, roundtables, or sustainable suppers in person right now, but we plan to make it easy for you to celebrate at home to gain the knowledge necessary to honor the Earth every day of the year as we do at 1 Hotels. This Earth Day, April 22 – the 50th anniversary – we stand together in spirit to protect the environment and give thanks for the bounties of nature.
