Nothing tops off a day exploring the city quite like a round of margaritas. Join us at 1 Hotel Central Park and enjoy The Deline – a special margarita-inspired Mezcal cocktail that pays homage to the smokey flavors of Jonathan Waxman’s cooking at Jams – available today only!

Combine:

2oz Mezcal

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz OJ

1/2 oz combier

Top with Laphroaig float

Garnish with chipotle salt 

Hibiscus Dandelion Root Margarita

How are you celebrating National Margarita Day? We’re hanging by the pool at 1 Hotel South Beach, sipping these delicious Hibiscus Dandelion Root Margaritas. Even if you can’t make it to the pool, you can make one for yourself at home:

Combine:

1 1/2 oz. Don Julio Blanco

3/4 oz. Cointreau 

1/2 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Housmade Hibiscus-Dandelion Syrup 

Garnish with an edible Hibiscus flower

Prep: Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
