At Home: Meals To Try This Week

Being busy shouldn’t be a detriment to our eating habits, but for most of us it means take-out or frozen meals, which generally aren’t the healthiest options. Today we’re sharing three easy recipes we can’t wait to try at home.

To cut back on carbs, try replacing pasta for zucchini noodles, and this Lemon Herb Zucchini Noodle Salad with a 10 minute prep time sounds easy enough to make any night of the week. #YUM

Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to cut out pizza entirely. This Springtime Pizza with Chipotle Romesco, Eggs + Shaved Asparagus Salad will be well worth with the kneading and the 1 hour rising time. Treat yourself to your favorite dish by customizing your pie, and if you’re really trying to look out for your summer body, we’d say cut back on the cheese. (Or not.)

Lastly, what’s a meal without dessert? Satisfy your sweet tooth cravings with this Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe. Everything in moderation is key, right? But hey, it’s yogurt and fruit after all. Have another piece.
