Our menu gently guides you through Victoria’s rich landscape, with dishes that speak to their origins—each plate a narrative of place, season, and maker. This is sourcing as storytelling: honest, expressive, and deeply connected to the rhythms of nature.

Terrace dining is available throughout the day, inviting guests to dine along the river and connect more closely with the nature, available weather permitting.

Bij Crane Bar & Lounge staat de kunst van het samenkomen centraal. Deze iconische ruimte op de begane grond is een eerbetoon aan vakmanschap waar connecties ontstaan, gesprekken bloeien en ideeën de vrije loop gaan. 

Deze lichte, prachtige ruimte wordt omlijst door ramen van vloer tot plafond en biedt organische, geïnspireerde cocktails met lokaal gedistilleerde sterke dranken, Australische wijnen en een zorgvuldig samengestelde selectie van tijdloze klassiekers. 

Combineer je drankje met onze selectie voedzame gerechten, ontworpen als aanvulling op het moment - vers, seizoensgebonden en barstensvol smaak. 

Dineren op het terras is mogelijk vanaf 14.00 uur en nodigt gasten uit om langs de rivier te dineren en dichter bij de natuur te komen, als het weer het toelaat.

Een verborgen cocktailbar waar de beste avonden beginnen met een welgemeend knikje. Verstopt op de eerste verdieping wordt Upstairs niet geadverteerd, maar ontdekt. Het is het soort plek waar je over hoort van een vriend, waar een simpel "Ontmoet me boven" betekent dat je iets speciaals te wachten staat. De bar is verheven maar moeiteloos en serveert vakkundig gemaakte cocktails, biologisch-dynamische wijnen en een wisselend menu met seizoensgebonden hapjes, allemaal in een ruimte die is ontworpen voor intieme gesprekken en onverwachte ontmoetingen.
