Every Sunday, we turn the tables into a celebration of long lunches, flowing rosé and the most indulgent Bloody Mary bar in town. For $75, settle in for a leisurely bottomless brunch experience built around abundance, flavour, and a little bit of theatre.
Begin with our Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary atelier, where the classic brunch cocktail becomes your canvas. Choose your spirit — from house vodka to chilli-infused vodka or smoky mezcal — then layer it with bold sauces, vibrant juices, and extravagant garnishes. A prawn, an oyster, a gilded Guilda… or perhaps a spoon of N25 caviar if you're feeling extra decadent.
Alongside it guests can enjoy bottomless pours of AIX Rosé served from magnums, because Sundays deserve generosity.
