At the heart of the restaurant, a dedicated Pinot Noir display will spotlight a curated collection of bottles, inviting guests to further explore the varietal. Throughout the night, our sommelier team will offer tableside tastings, sharing the story behind the wine and insights into its provenance, craftsmanship and character. For those who discover a new favourite, glasses will be available to purchase and enjoy over dinner.
