Valid government or state-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in.

Cash or Credit Card may be used for payment and must be presented at check-in.  If guests are booking on behalf of someone else they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Nightly hold for incidental charges, $100 per day for incidentals. Any amount not used is released at the time of check-out. Please note that it will usually take your bank up to 10 business days to return the funds to your Debit or Credit Card.

Purchase alcoholic beverages (including mini-bar): Minimum 18 years old 

Alcoholic beverages, including those in the minibar, are available only to guests 18 and older.

Credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.5% in addition to the total amount payable.

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax. 

Late check-out fees are as follows: 50% of room/suite rate for late check-out before 15:00, full nightly rate for late check-out after 15:00.

Standard GST of 10% applies to all reservations.  $80 extra adult charge applies.

A one-time Pet Welcome Fee of $150 per stay ensures your furry friend enjoys premium amenities, and our rooms remain pristine for every guest.

We welcome up to 2 dogs or cats per guest, up to 22kg per pet.

We are delighted to offer this service to all of our guests, giving you peace of mind with regards to the safety of your vehicle whilst it is parked in the city. It is highly recommended that you pre-book this service. Day rate of $60 | Overnight rate of $75
