Welcome to the first U.S. Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel South Beach. Indulge in a selection of holistic treatments, services and classes meant to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Bamford Signature Treatment (80 min)

Opening with a cleansing footbath and followed by Shiatsu, Meridian, and Swedish Massage, this treatment awakens the muscles and energy channels in the body. Reflexology-inspired foot massage encourages the positive flow of energy and helps to detoxify the organs. Pressure point massage on the face, neck, shoulders, and scalp relaxes and uplifts. The treatment culminates in assisted yogic breathing to refresh the lungs and revitalize the entire body.

Prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation using products from the B Silent range, developed to improve sleep quality. treatment starts with a stress-reducing footbath, opening the body's meridians and begining the process of deep relaxation. Next, experience a full back massage with our silent body oil. Deeply restorative treatment designed to nurture and heal stressed joints in the neck and shoulder, lower back, arms and legs. A deeper massage that works right into the muscles to release pain and discomfort after heavy workout or too many hours spent sitting down. Treatment uses cross muscle fiber massage techniques with stretching and lymphatic drainage, combined with rosemary and cedar essential oils known for their effects on the circulation. The 80-minute version starts with a welcoming foot bath, followed by shiatsu, cranial pressure points and kneading, wringing and deep frictions to muscle and joints.
