In the next instalment of the Upstairs Pour, we transform the lounge into an intimate exploration of flavour, where every pour, every plate and every pairing invites you to see dining differently.

Together with NON, we've curated an immersive evening celebrating the artistry of alcohol-free wine alternatives alongside a seasonal menu from Chef Josh at From Here by Mike. Unexpected, expressive and full of character, each pairing has been crafted to surprise, challenge and delight. Founder Aaron Trotman and Head of Beverage & Innovation Nick Cozens will be in attendance, sharing the story, philosophy and innovation behind every pour.

The Upstairs Pour is a monthly series celebrating producers, makers and ideas shaping the future of food and drink. This edition shines a spotlight on a new generation of pairing, proving that complexity, ritual and celebration have never depended on alcohol.
