This week’s selection: Gruner Veltliner 2023 “Estate Single Vineyard” Lark Hill. Canberra District, NSW
A delicate, off-dry wine, with elegant notes of ripe peach and citrus blossom, balanced by a crisp, mineral finish. Its refreshing acidity and light sweetness make it a perfectly poised expression of a variety to this unique Austrian variety. Must have with our Gnocchi Sardi.
