Sauna Aufguss Ritual

Experience the transformative power of an Aufguss ritual, where heat, essential oils, music, and expertly choreographed towel techniques come together to elevate the traditional sauna experience. This experience is complimentary for hotel guests and 1 Homes residents. External guests can enjoy the 15-minute Aufguss Ritual as part of a one-hour Hydrothermal Experience, including access to the pool, sauna, and steam room, for $40 per person. Please note that the ritual is included within the one-hour session time. Payment is required upon arrival at 1 Hotel Melbourne before accessing the Hydrothermal facilities.
