This light-filled, stunning space framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, offers organic, inspired cocktails with locally distilled spirits, Australian wines and a carefully curated selection of timeless classics. 

Pair your drink with our selection of nourishing dishes, designed to complement the moment—fresh, seasonal, and bursting with flavour.

En skjult cocktailbar, hvor de bedste aftener starter med et vidende nik. Upstairs ligger gemt væk på første sal og bliver ikke annonceret - den bliver opdaget. Det er den slags sted, man hører om fra en ven, hvor et enkelt "Mød mig ovenpå" betyder, at man er i gang med noget særligt. Baren er ophøjet, men alligevel ubesværet, og serverer specialfremstillede cocktails, biodynamiske vine og en roterende menu med sæsonbetonede bidder, alt sammen i et rum, der er designet til intime samtaler og uventede møder.
