Designed to connect mind, body and spirit, this is an opportunity to fill the first day of the year with wellness, clarity and peace.

Hosted by NULOVE's Luciana in our Maple Ballroom, the class will begin with a crystal meditation to set your intentions, followed by a yoga practice to move those intentions through the body. Then, write a letter to yourself with guided prompts, before relaxing into a soothing sound bath featuring live vocals and crystal singing bowls.

Light bites, tea and coffee will be served, and each guest will receive a clear quartz crystal to take home. Clear quartz is a powerful crystal to amplify your intentions with and purify your energy field. Creating an ideal setting for your intentions to manifest.

Guests are asked to bring their own mats and dress comfortably.
