We know dogs are family too. That’s why we warmly welcome our four-legged guests, with no extra fee. As a pet-friendly hotel in Toronto, bring up to two pups along for the adventure—because travel is always better with good company.

• A dog-friendly concierge team with information about Toronto's best dog parks, pet shops, grooming salons and more. Oh, also treats!
• The essentials are always available, in case you forgot, including beds, bowls, poo bags, healthy food, and more.
• Lots of hugs and petting from our team, as long as your pup wants them and you don't mind!
Canine Concierge
We want to make sure your pup feels right at home. We are a dog-friendly team. Visit the Concierge Desk for information about Toronto's best dog parks, pet shops, grooming salons and more. We do ask that pups are not left unattended in the room. Our Concierge team can always assist with recommendations for pet sitting or walking services!
House Rules
We welcome dogs and cats up to 50 pounds. Service animals are exempt from weight restrictions.
For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay on a leash or in a carrier while in public spaces. While we know accidents happen, any damages or extra cleaning may incur additional costs. Pets aren’t allowed in dining areas or the fitness center, and a human companion must be present when hotel team members are in the room. Most importantly, pets should never be left unattended—we want every guest, furry or not, to feel at home.
