A powerhouse of fitness performance, Bruno strides forward with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from BYU Hawaii. His expertise lies in the realm of achieving athletic excellence, harnessing fluid motion, and enhancing peak oxygen utilization through VO₂ max testing.

Nilce

Nilce

After enduring years of discomfort, Nilce found solace in Pilates. Now a certified instructor in mat and reformer Pilates, she guides clients on their journeys to rejuvenation. Her classes provide a retreat for those dealing with chronic pain or travel-related stiffness, promoting improved mobility, strength, and pain relief.
