In honour of World Chefs Day, we’re inviting guests to celebrate the chefs behind the menu.
For the occasion, Chef’s Josh and Julio have each selected a dish to feature on the night’s specials menu, available for guests to purchase. Each plate reflects their own style, flavours and point of view in the kitchen, offering a more personal connection to the people behind the pass.
Julio's Dish: Fremantle Charred grilled Octopus, Confit garlic & red chili sauce, Red onion Pickles, Herb Oil.
Josh's Dish: BBQ Skull island Prawns, Garlic Sambal, Kaffir Lim
