Sustainable Design
Our event spaces were constructed using repurposed terracotta brick that was found over 100 years ago during the construction of the building and original concrete floors throughout meeting space show the beauty of the natural imperfections.

Catering menus designed by the hotel’s Executive Chef evolve with the changing seasons and pay homage to the fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, signature to the 1 Hotel Central Park culinary program. The hotel’s culinary team takes pride in their relationships with the local farmers, purveyors who supply their kitchens with high-quality, sustainably-made products.
We have had our meeting here for several years and we are always so happy with everything. All employees make sure our events go without a hitch.
