Making his first appearance at Spotted Stone, Shimba blends classic cocktail traditions with a creative approach inspired by nature, art, and personal experiences. He was named among the Top 50 in Diageo World Class Japan in 2024 and 2025.

With extensive international experience, Dominic is known for his modern approach, timeless elegance, and distinctive storytelling.
