The Christmas Huts
The first hut is nation’s favourite stout, Guinness, which will serve nitrosurge pints and offer drinkers the opportunity to have pictures of their friends, family, or themselves printed on top.
The next hut is decorated with the dark teals and deep mahoganies of The Singleton whisky: selling bottles to make the ideal Christmas present and serving Tom Sellers’ limited edition mince pies.
Dovetale’s own hut is the largest of the three, emulating a Bavarian grotto and housing a Green Egg, grilling bratwursts and portions of roasted nuts to order, as well as The Singleton Hot Chocolate, Mulled Wine, Guinness and Casamigos Hot Margaritas.
Sellers' Mince Pie
Mince Pies by Two Michelin Starred Chef, Tom Sellers. A delicious twist on an English holiday class. These Mince Pies are elevated with the smooth, rich notes of The Singleton, one of Scotland’s Finest Single Malt Whiskies.
GUINNESS + OYSTER NIGHTS
Join us every Friday evening at The Winter Village for our Guinness + Oyster Nights, starting from 15 November. Indulge in the perfect pairing of rich, velvety Guinness and freshly shucked Achill oysters.
