Join us for a special Guest Bar Shift featuring Kohaku, a contemporary cocktail bar from Tainan, Taiwan, with its founder Rossell Hu behind the bar.

Known for its sensory approach to cocktails, Kohaku brings together tea, coffee, herbs, flowers, and Taiwanese flavors, creating drinks inspired by Tainan’s culture and a minimalist Japanese aesthetic. Rossell Hu, the founder of Kohaku and the 2026 Woodford Reserve The Wonderful Race Taiwan Champion, will join us to showcase his signature cocktails and distinctive approach to modern mixology.
