Greenery is woven into every layer of the hotel, with more than 1,200 plants in the guestrooms and another 300 throughout the 38th-floor lobby. The outdoor spa terrace extends this connection to nature with lush planters and calming city views, creating an elevated sanctuary that reflects the changing seasons and brings a sense of renewal to the heart of Tokyo.
SMART ENERGY MANAGEMENT
An advanced Building Energy Management System (BEMS) continuously monitors and adjusts power consumption in real time. Energy data are reviewed monthly and reported to Mori Trust, ensuring transparent performance tracking and long-term operational efficiency.
SMART FIXTURES & IRRIGATION
Low-flow faucets and showerheads throughout the hotel reduce water consumption while maintaining guest comfort. In-room water filtration systems eliminate the need for single-use plastic bottles, while automated irrigation adjusts to weather and soil conditions to optimize water use across landscaped areas year-round.
