Sound Healing: An Evening with Stephanie Waxberg Feel the frequency

Begin the New Year with a candlelit sound healing at 1 Hotel Mayfair, designed to restore balance, calm the mind, and invite deep relaxation.

Led by Stephanie Waxberg, a CMA-accredited sound healer, this immersive experience supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through intention setting, meditation, and the vibrational resonance of handmade pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, tuning forks, and gentle chimes.

Guests are invited to lie back on a comfortable mat with pillows, blankets, and eye masks as the session unfolds, concluding with a grounding practice. Afterward, there will be time to connect with Stephanie and receive a small take-home gift.

Open to all, no prior experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early. Mats and blankets are provided.
